Singapore Airlines 50th Anniversary Dinner

Earlier this year we were contacted by the team at Singapore Airlines to put together a menu for their 50th Anniversary Dinner.

The dinner was for 120 guests at the Art Gallery of Western Australia that would take place over a very small window of 4 hours.  This presented us with the challenge of serving a 5 course degustation menu paired with wines that were carefully selected by the Margaret River Wine Association in a very short period of time. We of course took on this challenge and presented on the evening a very successful event.
