Paspaley Floating Lanterns Experience

Gantheaume Point, Broome

An eloquent evening where guests were served the delicate Paspaley Pearl Meat featured in different variations throughout the night. On arrival it was served in a dumpling with traditional Japanese shoyu, and later in the evening in an elegant yuzu cured meat bowl with layers of apple ribbons and celeriac puree, smoked beef fat milk, cucumber and trout roe.

Floating Lanterns is another event produced by the team at Project 3 as part of the 2021 Shinju Matsuri program.
